I had a small but never ending cloudlyness in my Fluval Evo 13.5 reef tank. I tried all sorts of this to make the water crystal clear but nothing worked. I deduced it was a bacterial bloom and so I bought this to put in my middle chamber and 16 hours later the water was crystal clear.It worked for my situation and would recommend others who are in the same situation to consider buying this, just do some research beforehand to avoid potentially spending money on something you don't need.

I started using this because my water in my small tank was constantly green. There wasn't algae on the walls, just green cloudy water. This filter took care of that almost immediately. Now I get some algae growth on the walls of the tank but the water is always clean and I just wipe off the green stuff with a tank scrubber.

I was very skeptical that this product would help in my 20 gallon aquarium, but after many water changes and no success I thought I would give it a try. It took about a week, and one 40% water change and the water is crystal clear - I definitely recommend this product!

Works great, would not recommend in a small aquarium ( 10 gallons ) it is a bit bulky so definitely would recommend in a bigger space. Works as described
