Great product. Came in small basic brown box. Inside box was the user manual, Bluetooth Headset and two power cords. It did not come with power block/ adapter. Item is black in color. Very elegant look to this item and also very comfortable around the ear. Able to wear all day and not have any problems at all. Battery life is good and will last me all day. The noise cancellation and sound quality is the best i have ever seen in a bluetooth device. If you talk a lot on the phone i would highly recommend this product!

Misrepresentation on product description, this product does NOT have a micro-USB charger as the pictures show:Tthe earpiece didn't fit as well as the Plantronics Voyager that I previously had, the boom mic was longer than I'm used to and from my experience, it didn't cancel out ambient noises as well as the Voyager either, that being said, I went back to the Plantronic Voyager.

The Product Description says there is a Micro USB charging port which is NOT TRUE. The sound quality at both ends is HORRIBLE. Also, maximum volume is quite low, making it even more difficult to hear. I would not recommend buying this headset.

I wouldn't recommend. I got used to the discomfort, but it's downright painful after some time when wearing glasses. It's also annoyingly difficult just to get on (and I have relatively small ears). I was very happy with the sound quality at the start, but that began to degrade after about a month of use, particularly the microphone (other callers had trouble hearing me). Roughly 2 months later, it's now completely unusable, every call I'm on I have to pick up my handset.
