I purchased an Enameled Cast Iron Casserole Braiser from CookWin. It arrived securely packaged.Upon my first use I put it through some paces. Searing meat, it burned to the bottom of the pot. I over-filled the pot and sauce boiled over, burning onto the sides and the bottom of the pot. The pot cleaned up easily and completely with water, soap, and a sponge.However, while cleaning I stood the lid on its edge. Some enamel chipped off the edge. I contacted Cookwin by email and asked if I could purchase another lid. Their response was speedy, kind, and concerned. They explained that the lids are not available separately. However, they said they would send to me an entirely new pot.Which they did and it arrived promptly.

Great little pot!
It's perfect to make soups and stews. Best part is that it's so easy to wash, everything comes right off with very little effort. It's a breeze to clean it.
