I wanted a cleaner with a built-in brush, as well as one that would do a good job on the stains from my cat throwing up on a pretty regular basis. This cleaner does a much better job than many other cleaners I've tried, and I really like the built-in brush. Also, I have a very sensitive nose, and the scent is hardly noticeable, and I appreciate that.The only downside is that you have to position the nozzle just right, or you'll miss the spot. I wish there was a way the sprayer could be adjusted for a spray instead of a steady stream. Other than that, I'm very happy with the way this cleans, and just hope they keep making it.

This is the best pet stain remover I have ever used (and I have tried 4 or 5 of them.. found it worked better than resolve and woolite pet stain remover.. even used on old stains. Our adult children bring their rabbits to stay and believe it or not, their urine can often dry black, as it is frequently a dark reddish brown. We could not figure out where all these droplet stains were coming from and used four dif cleaners. This one actually removed those spots, also old wine, and plenty of mistakes made by our two new lily's 2.5 mo old puppies. Amazing product. I didn't have to do anything to the brush. I didn't want to do more than just rinse it in hot water. I just rain out of it in two weeks and it never got gunky or gross in that time (although I was worried about the what ifs). We, of course remove any material substance from the carpet and soak up wet urine, then use and hot rinse the brush. So far no problems!

This is a great spot cleaner for cleaning up messes that the anipals leave on the carpet or the occasional spilled drink or food. After picking everything up, squirt the cleaner onto the carpet or rug - I let it sit for a few minutes. There is a brush built into the bottle that works good for basic scrubbing but with bigger messes you will need a bigger brush with deeper bristles. You can either let the cleaner air dry or place a couple paper towels over it to soak up. After the carpet or rug is completely dry, run the vacuum over the area to make sure everything got picked up.Easy to use, easy to clean smaller messes and stains, good value compared to buying a jug of shampoo and breaking out the big carpet shampooer. Works on a lot of stains, not just messes from the anipals. Red Gatorade or Koolade took some effort but this little bottle and brush cut through a surprisingly large chunk of it. It has some kind of odor control that helps erase the stink of pet messes. I'll buy another bottle or two to keep on hand just in case, great product for smaller messes and stains.

Product works as expected. Delivery was delayed several times.

My dog had several accidents when she was sick. I swear, this really got all of the mess and stains out of my carpet!!!!

This is my most favorite Bissell product so far. The cleaning solution ACTUALLY removes the stains off the carpet. I like the little attached brush - makes it easier to scrub the stain OUT of the carpet instead of smearing it with a paper towel. We have a cat who throws up hair balls and sometimes food (gross I know) but the brush penetrates the carpet fibers and brushes those nasties out.***Note, you have to remove as much of the solids and blot the liquid stain first before applying the solution.I can’t comment much on the smell other than it smells like chemicals, it’s not too terrible though. I always open the nearest window before hand. It also works great with getting dog’s pee stains out.I do wish the bottle was a little bigger. However, the quality beats the quantity in this case.

Product seems to work fine on new stains but no difference on older stains. The inside rubber seal arrived detached and tore easily when trying to reattach, so when using the product it leaked all over my fingers and I could no longer control the amount of liquid pouring out of the bottle. Probably wasted about 1/3 of the bottle already just to cover some stains in one room. Also The liquid eventually became a white powdery residue all over my fingers and now my fingers feel a little numb and swollen but I’m prone to swollen fingers so maybe that’s my own problem. I tried to wash it off twice already but it’s pretty stuck around the cuticles. I’ll still use it but I probably wouldn’t buy again once used up.

Works well gets the stains out! I actually enjoy the sent!

This is the best carpet cleaner that exists. Removes virtually all stains, has a built-in scrubber, and dries quickly. I had to buy it here after it was discontinued in Canada. Easily worth $30.

I inherited a motorhome that reeked of perfumed candles and deodorizers and a few unidentified scents. I have migraines so it was a nightmare. This product was recommended to me. I color tested on everything I needed to clean/de-smell and it worked perfectly. I then applied the product to every surface I could, including fabric, leather, carpet (after shampooing) etc. Worked PERFECTLY. It kills smell without adding any new odor. Smells fresh/clean. One suggestion, pour it into a spray bottle and use a rough sponge. I wasn't crazy about the pouring bottle or the attached scrubber altho the scrubber might be best on pet stains.

It is the best cleaner I have used on my carpets. I have tried others but this is the best one in my estimation.
