Super Scooper Dog Waste Pickup Tool

Does this Super Scooper have an attachment for a plastic bag? I don't see it pictured, but my previous Sooper Scooper had it. Made it a one-handed job

How long do these last? I seem to go through the plastic ones about one per year...

What is the warranty on this item? I bought it in August of this year and the plastic handle has snapped.

We will need to store the scoop indoors - do the bypass "teeth" collect residue and if so how easily does it rinse off?
