That said, I detect just a bit of tartness that I like. The taste of the gummies is a plus for me. On the bottle many more ingredients are listed: Malitol (a sugar alcohol), Dextrose (a naturally occurring sugar), and down the list we find sucrose fatty acid ester and then carnauba wax. These ingredients are listed in fine print. I used a magnifying glass to read them. Now we know where the three grams of added sugar in each serving of gummies comes from. These gummies are not as wholesome as they appear to be initially. I think of them as a candy that might have some health benefits.

These gummies are a little bit sour but I like the taste. I don't like anything that is too sweet. These have relatively low amounts of a few vitamins in them but that's fine with me. I hate megadosing. These gummies are tasty and provide important nutrients for not just beauty (skin, hair, nails) but overall health. The zinc is great for immune support as is the Vitamin C. The superfruit blend is good for gut health as well as for the skin.There are 60 gummies with a serving being two so each bottle will last a month. The price is really good for these and there is no weird stuff in them that would cause me to question if they are safe to eat. I am seven months into eating an entirely plant based diet so the fact that these are vegan and organic is a big plus. I have some big name superfruit gummies to go through but then I will probably switch to these Havasu Nutrition gummies. They're not quite as potent as the ones I have here but the price difference makes them much more affordable for me to take everyday. 4.5 stars.

This is a supplement to help your immune system. They are in gummy form, so easy to take.I have to say that there is not a really high value of any of the vitamins to make these a must-have. For example, there is only 180 mg of vitamin C in two gummies. I was also surprised to see sodium listed. You don't often see a high sodium content in a vitamin supplement. There are some other ingredients that I am not personally super familiar with (goji berries, bamboo leaf extract). Note that these have malitol in them, a sugar alcohol that can cause loose stools in some people. It must also be kept away from pets.This has a lot of fruit extract in it. The color is very odd. But I popped one in my mouth anyway, not sure what to expect. I have to say, these taste GREAT! There is an underlying watermelon flavor (think jolly rancher watermelon) that I find very tasty.I don't know if these really bring anything to the health table, but they taste wonderful. I'll definitely finish the bottle, but not yet sold on this being a repeat purchase.
