Cute party favors for my son's 3rd birthday party. NOT high quality. Hats are VERY thin plastic and vests have imperfections and come apart at the seems. But the price is right and they work for a 3yr old!

Its cheap material for kids stuff, so played rough they tear or break easily. More for older children in elementary rather than little toddlers bc it's kind of big.
