Ok lies where told.
I bought this believing the blades where of carbon steel and the handle was stainless steel. It turns out that the blades are stainless steel and the handle is plastic. More fool me for trusting the listing. I would have given a 5 star rating for delivery and a 1 for item quality therefore I must give this a 2 to 3 rating

Not very easy to use
I didn't find this east yo use as when I tried to cut in different direction, it didn't cut the paper. Maybe more practice is needed.

Very poor quality, doesn't rotate shreds paper
Complete waste of money, doesn't spin as advertised, instead it shreds and scruples the paper. Would NOT recommend this product. I should have bought the official brand which I have tried in past and that was really good. I wanted this to help with decoupage, as I currently use a scalpel and quality scissors. Hoped this would help with intricate corners but I wouldn't want to ruin my pictures that I cut.I had hoped as this was an Amazon Suggestion it would be better quality but I was wrong for trusting that suggestion.
