SOAP Note Examples & Documentation Tips: For Nurse Practitioners in Primary Care

What I like about this book is that they the templates are incredibly useful. I ordered the digital version because of all the complaints with the actual book. The digital version does not seem to have any upside down pages or missing pages and it's easier to navigate.

Nice compact book to teach medical providers how to document writing SOAP notes. Quick read and easy to understand.

I wanted to like this book, but I find that the 1st edition was missing allergic rhinitis. It is listed in table of contents, but when you flip to wear it is supposed to be, it is not there. Also, I didn't like that it didn't have page numbers. I thought I would try again in the second edition since it could have been a publisher issue. Again, no allergic rhinitis, no idea what else can be missing, since it is already a letdown, not once but twice. The "improved edition" only has even-numbered pages. The table of content does not indicate the page number for where you can quickly find the pages you need. There is no INDEX either. Truly disappointed.

This wasn't too helpful, was hoping more for detailed things in the ROS sections, but very basic.

Do do waste your money to buy this book especially if you are in Grad school or a new provider. I feel scammed. The book is not helpful in any capacity.
