I don't understand why nothing comes with instructions?

Straps do not come attached to the base
The two straps that connect to the base to hold it in place to the backboard do not come completely attached like the video states. I’ve watched videos of this head immobilizer and in all the videos it has the two strap attached on one side of the base. But this one did not come attached to it. The straps we’re completely separate.
