A great alternative for cornstarch
Works great in cooking, stew thickening and using g to brown items that you don't want to use AP flour as a thickening or binder agent. The bag keeps it fresh for longer use.

Good for body powder
I bought this to make my own body powder. While it's not quite as fine as I prefer, it still provides a nice silky dry finish in this hot, humid weather. (I think I might try sifting it for my next batch - I bet that would help.) Works well with essential oils, too. Great value! Will buy again.

Works well for gluten free baking
works well for grain free aka true gluten free baking,tortillas, etc. I just find it on the expensive side so I went back to the 5 pound bulk tapioca flour.
