Wish all these dvds with the mini series I love from the 80s and 90s would have cc avail it’s pretty frustrating

What can you say about a movie...with today's so called "realistic movies,or those that have so called "social messages", the old ones are such a relief to watch. We watch movies for entertainment value and are able to relax and enjoy. This is a wonderful movie and ends "everyone lives happily ever after. No thought, or worry involved. A nice break from the day.I'm so glad we can still purchase them..no matter how corney they are.

I remember this movie from some time ago. I have been a fan of Lisa Hartman since her Tabitha days. This movie was like going back to high school, big hair and shoulder pads. Linda Evans will always be a Dynasty Diva no matter what.. It is predictable, good fun. For those who like the Harlequin movies, you will enjoy this.

This is a miniseries that will keep your attention for sure. It's combination of a plot, romance, tragedy & reunion of sorts. Well written & Lisa's acting is superb.You will have to see it for yourself & you won't be disappointed if you are a Lisa Hartman fan.

This movie was a sheer treat. Lisa Hartman Black and Linda Evans in the same movie. Yes I enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Wow, besides being a fun movie with a great cast and story, for anyone from Orange County California, think THE IRVINE FAMILY RANCH....It will give you a whole new story to think about. Would love to know if anyone else sees the similarities....

I'm glad I was able to watch this movie again. I realized it's not the best written story because of it's predictability, but it's a great rainy day type of movie.

The DVDs I received are imported from Denmark with danish,swedish and finnish subtiles. The option "no subtitle " does not work, so all the movie along you are obliged to look at subtitles in a language you can't understand.Moreover, I am quite certain that version was not digitally restored as the image looks like a transfer from an old VHS tape : the same as the one I recorded twenty years ago on the french TV....Realy disappointed.

Read the book years ago, needless to say that the film is only a fraction of the story,but, it is still enjoyable.
