Very sturdy
This was very easy to put on the wall, with the holes perfectly spaced to go into studs. I have weight bars and bands on it, and it has held up perfectly without any bends or issues whatsoever. An excellent addition to my workout space!

Dishonest description.
The metal is described as 8ga.,and that is why I bought it. But not even close at about 12ga. It flexes with only one olympic bar on it. Don't buy!

Doesn’t hold barbell
The spaces between are too small for a standard professional barbell. Wish I would of known. It’s made those cheap smaller barbells.
