Were the “instructions” included for a different product? Totally inaccurate description, can’t believe I’m actually having to write this for a toilet bowl light review. The only two options are a solid red light (which is great if you want to feel like you’re in a Freddy Krueger dream in the middle of the night when you have to pee), or a a strong strobe light option (which would have been great at Studio 54 if you had to pee while doing a line at the same time).

There is no dimmer. Save your money and buy the one without the dimmer. Blue led went very dim after a few weeks. All lights went dim after about a month. "5 levels of adjustable brightness" Nope, certainly not. i was told the dimming was part of the color changes. well 5 times 3 or 4 doesnt equal 16 and the picture only show one red, therefore that claim is defeated twice. Customer service was crap. Do not support this "company"

The reason I bought these was because I lived in Housing and one morning I woke up hearing splashing and thought my dogs were drinking water and this was at 4am. Went into the bathroom and there was a wood rat in my toilet swimming. I lived were muskrats swim in the rivers but not in your toilet. I have such a fear I had been leaving the lights on and bulbs now cost $7 a 4 pack. This light has stopped my fear

Edited from my previous review: I bought these in Feb. 2018. Initially, they worked very well and made late night trips to the toilet much easier. Unfortunately, one of them died after the first battery change and was thrown out. The second one survived a battery change but is about 1/4 as bright, almost unusable. I expect it to die shortly. Too bad, they are a great idea but these are not worth your dollar.

My in laws had these, so I bought some. They are perfect for lighting up the room enough to see where you are going in the middle of the night
