But for the $22 for one package it only made 6 quarts of pickles! While they were great pickles, by the time you factor in all costs (jars, lids, vinegar, salt, cucumbers) it probably better to buy deli pickle!

This product produced the best pickles I've had in many years. I highly recommended it. Also it saves having to buy garlic and fresh dill.

I bought several packs of this product last summer (July 2019). The pickles that I made were fantastic. The product makes great pickles. I do have a caution, however. All my packets listed the Use By date as being in 2021. I checked my left over packets today and all three were rock hard. The contents had all stuck together in the bottom of the bags.So I knocked off one star for the short shelf life. If you buy make sure that you'll use it all within a few months.

Love this product to make my own pickle juice. Easily mixes with liquid, very dill tasting and taste exactly like a pickle even though I dont can or use cucumbers. I make a gallon of it and drink for the muscle cramps and electrolyte advantages. Will order over and over again.

Not sure what went wrong but this was the second batch I made. I purchased these after buying some locally. The locally purchased ones were excellent. Not sure why these went bad. Could have been in storage too long ot I may have fudged up the mix. Whatever, I will have to try again to know for sure.
