I love this product
I love this product over the many that I have tried. I have noticed a reduction in fat especially around my midsection. I love that I only have to take one dose daily versus one dose three times a day. Also the appetite suppressant is amazing!

Doesn't work, use probiotics instead
I think that probiotics are much more effective than this product. I've tried it several times and unless you are really willing it to work so that the placebo affect comes into play, this item just plain doesn't work. Especially if you aren't willing or planning to adjust your diet while taking this.
