We used these for a long time very nice product but best used for small spaces only like bathrooms or spare rooms. We used in open spaces and smelled great first few days but then smell disappeared but great product and recommend.

It worked a little now the fan doesn’t want to work all time

The smell of the refills are wonderful. They offer many scent options so you can find your favorite. Only issue is the fans. I’ve ordered 5 and only 1 worked.

The media could not be loaded. Leave unit plugged in and pull filter plate down take out old scent filter. Lay new one on pulled down plate then close. I hope this helps everyone.

Works well and looks nice. Did not like any of the scents. Not worth the purchase.

I ordered three of these. I returned two because they quit working after the first couple of months. Both kept flashing to replace the air freshener cartridge. I also could not get the black air filter back on the back of one, the cover for the back would not go back on. I got my money back, Amazon refunded my money and sent me an email saying they received the returned products, then sent me another email saying they never got the products and charged me again. I disputed the charge with my bank and got my money back. I just threw the third one away. I am not going to bother with returning. This third one also stopped working after the second or third month. These worked for the first month or two and then gave up.
