Awesome design
Great concept and well made. There are guidelines for how to use it but after a few grows I would say read your plant before jacking up the PPMs to their recommended levels

The best hybrid system ever!
Ease of use and bumper harvests for the beginner as well as the craft grower. The Octopot delivers the best use resources for the grower and I recommend it for the indoor grower.I think the XXL sleeve is the way to go when getting serious about growing.The Octopot is the least expensive part of my grow and delivers the quality I expect. Great product- simply ingenious.

Never got to really try it out, got sent a defective base, tried to contact seller but it took several messages to get a basic(obviously didn't read any of my messages) response. Finally just quit and returned it

Ignore the reviewer witht he 1 Star.
I think the person above with the 1 star is smoking the wrong stuff. there is no way light can get to the bottom of this pot, really, it sits in a molded base which is filled with water. I have several of these and growing plants in them with no issue, when growing corn they come in handy since corn requires so much water, and tomatoes as well. takes out the remeberig to water the plants. just top feed every two or three days and your good.

This invention is makes growing so easy for the beginners. It feels like cheating. If you can follow instructions for mixing hydroponic nutrients, you will succeed with this system. Easy peasy!
