bought to do dips and belt squats now my back is getting old and its risky to load up on shoulders for squats. works perfectly for both.Zero pinching, unlike my old squat belt, chain length is really good, and the carbiners are solid.super easy to set up, and makes progression simple. triceps feeling better than they have in years.Shoulders might not forgive me, but that's a technique issue to work out!I have no feat of weight damaging this belt. have loaded up with plates to test a belt squat, and it didn't complain. support is not too rigid, not too soft. so very comfy.

comfortable and well made

Ordered this not for dips but specifically for low pulley calf raises. Having had a Bear Grip training belt before which was great quality, I went for this dip belt from them also. Happy to say it is great quality, well made and works very well for what I wanted it for. Highly recommended.

It was so comfortable unlike other belts that dig into your sides or feel like they’re slipping off! Design sleek as always and would recommend 1000% for gym goers or gyms to have on hand! Bravo 👏

Belt looks good but no chain within the packaging. Weird.

Resistente e robusta. Attacco facile. Idonea anche a misure uomo slim. Per le misure XL si può agganciare con la stessa catena.. non sarà certo quello il problema mentre ci si zavorra! La catena in dotazione passa facilmente anche da dischi vecchio stile con buco di diametro slim.
