Q: Where are they made? china?

We use European felt and produce our products locally in Los Angeles, CA.

Q: Does water deep through the bottom of these coasters?

No it doesn’t. The coasters see great!

Q: Are they heat resistant ?

Yes! They are great for a mug of coffee and will actually help it keep warm longer. Please do not put any vessel above serving temperature on the coasters and trivets. Thanks!

Q: Do these come in a nice looking box/package or just an amazon box?

Mine came with a cardboard wrap. No box.
