A good replacement for a part that seems to fail often
My son needed this for his Honda Civic. It seems like the part had to be replaced once before but he's had the car for years so not too big a surprise. This replacement part seems to be working fine. I strongly suggest you look for YouTube videos by other end-users as the one referenced by the seller was frankly not very helpful. The part has been in for several weeks now and seems to be doing just fine. A good deal for the price.

Perfect, almost
Obviously anyone who gets this is taking apart the OEM connector and using the circuit board inside this one to swap out. The circuit board seemed a little tighter than the OEM unit, but once I got it lined up and started it went in fine with a bit of effort. My aux port is back to 100%, couldn't be happier!Pro tip: use a plastic iPhone glass repair pry tool to take the Aux cover off instead of a screwdriver. It's harder but it doesn't damage the car plastic at all.

Incredibly easy to install
Works and fits as advertised in my 2007 Honda Civic.I had been losing AUX connection and rolling over to the XM Preview channel for a bit, so I swapped cables. After it not working a quick Youtube search revealed that replacing it is simple. The hardest part, in fact, was taking out the OEM AUX port.Everything's back to working as it should. The "AUX" label is upside-down upon installation, but who really cares...

Cheap fix for the aux input
Worked great for my 07 Civic. I tried to just open the face of the old aux input and switch the circuit board from this port into the factory port. That would have been a super fast fix but I couldn't get the new board to slide into the old port. Replacing the entire aux port was not that difficult. Works great.
