Great Pump!!
This was the 4th pump I bought for my application (industrial cooling pump for induction heater coil-no reliable pump, melted copper tubing coil-bad thing). As mentioned above this is the 4th 12VDC circulation pump that I've tried, and it is great!! This is not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but it is the most dependable and reliable. It runs for 8 hrs per day, 3 days a week with no problems!! The other 3 pumps failed (if they even started) within 3 weeks of processing work (9 days of operation). This pump/reservoir is well built, nicely designed, and comes with all the necessary hardware. I did mount mine on small vibration insulating "feet". Not that the noise was loud, but to prevent the pump from experiencing any vibration induced damage during its lifetime. Also, you must tighten the tubing and tank connections...firmly. Don't do that and you WILL have leaks. If you want to be really careful, apply thread sealant to all the "wet" threads. Just make sure that the sealant is usable with acrylic (maybe a fish tank approved thread sealant?).In any case this has been my experience. Good luck with yours.CD

Lasts less than 3 months, do no buy.
Upon getting the product it sat in box for a while. Got around to installing it and here I am around 3 months later and its burnt out. My $15 pump from 7 years ago lasted 6 years even!

19W 12v CPU Water Cooling Pump Reservoir DIY Combo, 800L/H Water Pump
**Update** Wanted to update on what I found. So I took this pump apart. There are no bearings lol. This is an electromagnet that spins the magnet attached to the The impeller. So the question was then, why was it chattering/rattling. Answer is a bit lengthy. IInside of the pump head is a shaft that is made of stainless steel, the impeller slides onto this shaft and spins. It is meant to keep the impeller centered as it spins. But since the hole at the bottom of the impeller is made of plastic, at the speeds it is running, that plastic is heated up, becomes soft and bores out the hole, allowing the impeller at the bottom, to become uncentered. The noise becomes louder and louder and of course reduces water output. So in the long scheme of things what we hear is not a bearing it is chattering. Either way the pump will go out sooner or later. Unless they add something to the bottom of the impeller that will take the heat, this pump is worthless, sad too because it does move a lot of water. **End***Original review*This is Just complete trash. Hasn't lasted a 2 weeks and the bearings are rattling to beat the band. Sounds like it is grinding a car to bits it is so loud. Just ridiculous. Soon as a new pump gets here Friday this is going back. It pumps a ton of fluid, but then you will slowly start seeing the water temps rise, and then the bearings will start grinding. Gone from temps of 70C at time of installation to 95C today playing Dayz. 1 bad thing about this pump is you can't control the speed, and it makes me think they have it set to high.

Good for cleaning water ionizers, but cheaply made
Its a bit noisy which isn't a problem for my use, but if you buy this for cooling a PC in your room you will probably regret it. I'd mount the pump out the window if so I could sleep at night if that were my intended use. Also build is a little shoddy. The included metal clamps and fitting aren't quite enough for the 10/13mm tube I had, as it leaked through. Replaced with cheap screw clamps.Actual tank leaks from the top portion where the black lid with two holes connects to the cylinder. Can't hand tighten it more, maybe needs a washer, not an issue for me since it doesn't leak when sitting upright. I will say the bottom of the motor seems like it wasn't pushed in fully before it was sealed, hopefully it's not going to affect its durability.Ignoring those issues, its functioning for my intents. But it's been less than a day so don't read too far into that. It gets the intended job done. But maybe don't put this in a computer without doing a thorough quality check first

Very Loud
The pump works fine it didnt leak i ended up getting the smaller resovoir because the big one that came with this didnt fit my case. My big complant with this pump is it is obnoxiously loud, so loud i could hear it through my headset at almost full volume and i could hear it in other rooms of my house. the pump is very powerful though and it does work. I ended up running another pump though because the noise was so loud. the hardware is also very cheap and the plastic brackets feel very week.
