I don’t know what these bad reviews are about. This is perfect. I ordered this because the one I got from my surgeon was a little bit too big and it was the lighter color and I wanted a smaller fit and the black. Already my face feels better because I feel like I’m being held in better. I have a lot of swelling, and this has given me instant relief. The fabric is well-made and the Velcro does not rip out my hair like other reviews suggest. You obviously have to be mindful of your hair because of the design. No you can’t wear your hair down and be in full glam but let’s get real here. This does exactly what it is supposed to do and I highly recommend it.

I’m 5 days post op chin lipo/buccal fat removal. I like the compression of it. However I ordered this one because I liked that it didn’t cover the neck area, that wasn’t the case it covers my whole neck.

I needed a real compression chin strap and got the first one in a large based on the measurement. It stretched out so i thought maybe I got a size too big, purchased the medium, that lasted about 2 weeks and it too was stretched out. I just had to order a small (only because I cant find something else on amazon that is made better) - but this cannot be good for healing and the results one needs after surgery. I would not recommend this product and at over $30 bucks each, its way overpriced.

ExcellentAfter wearing what the doctor had given me thus was a relief to gave. Way more comfortable and easy to wear.
