This high quality knife is all I expected it to be. Very well made and the kind of steel a knife of this caliber should be. I definitely got what I paid for!

Perfect Boning Knife
Giggity-That's out of the way.Sharp right out of the package. Goes through connective tissue like a fat kid through cake. The design of the handle is comfortable and allows you to be very accurate. I hesitated buying a blade this width (I usually use a 2"-3" blade) for a while but just wasn't getting a good economic cut off the meat. Having this smaller, thinner blade is like using a scalpel. I got used to it quickly and after my first butterfly of a leg of lamb, I'll never use anything else. This knife is the right tool for the job.

Balanced, easy handling, sharp, perfect for the job!
I bought this knife as a replacement for the one my husband destroyed in a woodstove mishap. Since it was part of a set, I wasn't hopeful I would find another. I should have known there's nothing you can't find on Amazon! It was a perfect match, my friend never noticed the difference. I'm looking forward to finding more pieces so I can build on my set. Thanks for saving me the embarrassment of telling my friend one was missing.

Zwilling Great knife.
This knife is great it’s really good for getting the fat off of meat . It’s really sharp so be careful. It goes through the meat like butter

My favorite kitchen knife. Used for almost 40 years
I use this for cutting almost everything. My wife made me buy another for our son-in-law to help him butcher a cow.

Works very well.
This is the last piece of equipment in my knife block, all the others are also Zwilling 5 star. They work well, hold an edge and will last a lifetime, my oldest chef knife is 30 years old but , as with all highend knives, don't ever put them in the dishwasher
