Simple and easy to understand
Great book but only few pages and expensive for me.

A Common Sense Approach to Delegation
Finally, someone has realized busy leaders don't have time to read fifty 300-page books a year to glean the information they need to develop their team. Time is our most valuable asset, and I, personally, don't want to waste mine reading a flowery exercise in beating around the bush. Osman gets right to the point and gives you more information in 20 minutes than other authors deliver in a four-hour read.

Really short and really effective
The book really does simplify the process without losing any effectiveness. It also does a great job of clarifying intent and answering the "why" question.

A simple, great work.
I recently received this book and found it to relay simple keys to effective delegation. I wish I had this book a decade ago when I first had the opportunity to benefit from the lessons presented it this book. I have learned many of the tips in this book through years of trial and error and I believe that by reading this book every once in a while can help keep one on track and sustain efficiency. I would recommend this to all that manage people from novice to the most accomplished.

Terrible
Amateur low grade effort lacking any expertise or insight - could have been just another negligible blog post to scroll past but unworthy of the paper used

Quick read and spot-on!
This is a short, but incredibly useful and good way to digest book on the art of delegation. Hassan even provides some downloadable content to help summarize the content so you can more easily work through the process as you hine your delegation skills. Recommended read for anyone in a position to delegate.
