Great IFAK for the price.
Former military, former Fire/Rescue and EMR here - urrent sheriff's deputy. I speak with a moderate amount of authority about this product. This kit came with everything listed. No missing items for me. There are some people saying that you can't fit anything more into the pouch. I honestly think they're packing it wrong and need to be more strategic and methodical than just cramming it full. There's tons of room. I had enough room that I added a pair of Hyfin chest seals, a good bit extra clotting gauze and some pouches of saline.Throw the RATS tourniquet away. It's total, unmitigated garbage. I replaced mine with a two SWAT tourniquets because they are effective and compact but also have uses beyond just being a tourniquet. That way I have one to use for pressure bandages and one left for an emergency tourniquet or sling or splint. For my primary I keep a SOF-T tourniquet in a holder attached to the MOLLE of the IFAK.This makes for a pretty complete set up that I wear on a drop leg set up opposite of my duty weapon.

Great portable trauma kit
I just completed a class on serious bleeding wounds and how to treat them, I now realize I had no idea what I was doing. Looking at this kit with fresh eyes has caused me to make some modifications.1. Tourniquet: replace immediately, the one included is unlikely to cut off blood flow, you need one you can crank down.2. Wound packing: included dressing should work for packing wounds, however there are better products out there3. Chest seals: get a set of chest seals for upper torso wounds. Get 2 in case of through-through wounds.4. Shears: not bad, but I replaced them with a seat belt cutter, gets through clothes easily and doesn't take up room inside the kit.I carry it in my truck daily, but especially on hunting/range trips. the case is great for that, and allows you to organize in a way that works for you. Most of the sullies provided are good (except tourniquet), but I'm planning on slowly upgrading the supplies as time goes on.Removed 1 star from original review, as the tourniquet is garbage

This pouch is not easy to organize in a fashion to allow quick access.
It’s design doesn’t allow for rapid easy access to important items, such as; tourniquet, airways, and pressure bandages. The supplies and equipment are of cheap quality.

Great for BLS, plenty of room for ALS airway and meds
I have a couple of these kits and I love them. The pack itself is high quality and is very versatile. The drawstring allows it to function sort of as a "desk" right there on your plate carrier. As an ALS provider, I do get rid of most of the medical gear in it and just put it into a basic first aid kit elsewhere. But some of the products inside do have value,I just have access to more advanced equipment, medication, and airway solutions. If you are a BLS provider the kit is fully stocked with everything you could need. I absolutely recommend this product as a whole. The only thing I would definitely get rid of is the RATS tourniquet and replace it with a CAT 5 or CAT 7 It is an extremely affordable, life saving piece of equipment.

Good starter kit, pros and cons
Good starter kit, I plan on keeping in my truck. So like other reviews mentioned, the "tourniquet" is questionable. I tried it on my left arm, I feel it would definitely help SLOW the blood flow but not stop it. And it would be tough to use on a leg for a full size man. Contents are basic, but good. The nasal tube seems nice, but wheres the lube?? The description does not mentioned lubrication, but it seems like it would have it. Kind of like a band-aid with out a sticky adhesive, just missing the other part that makes it work. You do have to figure out how it should be packed, as it just comes in a box with the bag and supplies set in. They give a 10% coupon for a next order, which was cool I guess. I have to put in a couple more items to make this kit fully functional, but its a solid core to an emergency kit.

Solid kit for the price!
I definitely recommend practicing with the RATS tourniquet before deploying it in an emergency situation but my comrades and I tried it out and all had successful first or second applications. Stops a pulse faster than a CATT with less practice. The rest of the kit all looks good but can't really be played with. Some things fit awkwardly into the elastic but it can all be crammed in.

Decent Quality. Not all there.
The media could not be loaded. The kit seems decent for what you pay for it. However, mine didn't come with the Nasopharyngeal Airway "NPA Nasal Airway (28FR)" that was advertised. I do like the MOLLE system as it saves room on my belt by allowing me to attach other MOLLE items. Hopefully, they see this review and send me an NPA. I hope I'll never have to use the kit.*

Great starter kit TERRIBLE tourniquet!!!!
A great base line kit to get ya started and keep ya alive needs adding to tho the tourniquet is GARBAGE it will NOT cut off arterial blood flow if even slow it down. Don't trust it I recommend buying a CAT OR SOFT-T or RECON medical tourniquet please take my word for it spend the extra money when I comes to saving a life there's no price on that. Alsonas some HYFIN vent chest seals and CELOX granules this kit is a perfect starter kit to add too !
