This is a nice quality belt for a reasonable price. The size of the waist is truer to the size of the belt. My husband usually wears a 36 belt. I accidentally bought the 38 but it fit perfectly so something to consider. Definitely recommend this.

I have a dozen belts that are too small, too weak to work, or have been splitting into layers, telling me that they're NOT the "full leather" belts they promised to be. This appears to be what I wanted. It's a nice basic black belt with a strong no-frills buckle. It's wide enough that some pants might not accommodate the width, but so far, it fits all the pants I've worn it with. Very happy with this item.

For several years I have worn the reversable Timberline belts sold at Costco and many other places. They worked great but always failed on the buckle joint where it spins around to reverse. I have to send the first belt back because it was far too small so I am only sharing my first impression here and will update it later after I have a chance to wear one for a few months.In comparison to the Timberline it is about 1/4" taller and much thicker. The buckle part is huge compared to the timberline, probably a 1/2" taller and wider. However, it feels very solid and well made and should last for years.As for sizing, I wear a size 34 in most jeans and most 36 are a bit loose and tend to fall down. Since a 34 tends to fit just fine I ordered a 36 assuming it would be perfect but that was way off. The image is correct that from the leather portion that connections to the buckle to the middle hole is 36" exactly. This means the entire belt from tip to tip including the buckle is about 40 inches and still didn't fit my waist. I guess 34 size jeans aren't for a 34 size waist. If you wear 34 size jeans you might want to go for a 38 or even a size 40

This is an extremely gorgeous belt at a price too good to be true. In my opinion this belt is far better then the Kenneth Cole and Perry Ellis belts that i will no longer be buying because they simply don't last long. The box that it comes in also gives it a very high end feel. One thing to note is that sizing is exact. So if you normally 32 then you may want to get the 34. Just go a size up.

I had really wanted to keep this belt: Fit well, good flexibility, and totally as pictured. The presentation was super-nice, too! HOWEVER, in packaging the belt, the manufacturer used some sort of adhesive to lightly keep the item wrapped in a loop. When it was unrolled - no matter how carefully I tried - the black came off in small sections. I considered touching it up with a marker, but it was in too many spots... would have been noticeable. Ended up returning it.

I used to order belt that are size 44 (for waist 46); which always ended up being too small. So this time I ordered a size up with this model, which was size 48 (for waist 48). The belt turned up to be a bit too big unfortunately. But nothing I can't fix with a leather hole puncher that I already had in my workshop, so at least I didn't need to return it.The belt smells and feels like real leather, which is as described. Also, it's ONE single piece of leather and not two or more stitched together, which I don't like because they always separate/fall apart after a few month of use. So another good point for this belt right there. Simple & sturdy. Also love the nice box it comes in, which could make a great present if you want to offer this belt to someone.As for the dimension pictured, once again I ordered size 48 (for waist 48), so those dimensions relate to that size only:- Belt length (front tip of buckle to end of belt): 55.5 inches- Belt width: 1.5 inch- Space between holes: Around 1 inch

This belt seems very well made and should last a long time.

This belt is quite strong and I'm pretty sure that if you ever go on an expedition in Borneo and fall off a cliff and a tree branch luckily hooks through this belt, it would be strong enough to save you from falling. Alternatively, if you have to save your life by pushing a bad guy off a tall building but he grabs hold of this belt, you could quickly undo it and it would slip easily from your trousers and send him to his well deserved death. Probably in slow motion, whilst firing a gun. If you lead a more ordinary life this belt is quite capable of holding your jeans up.

Excellent in every respect. Good quality. Comes in a presentation box which is ideal if giving to someone as a present. 38mm. width size perfect for jeans. Silver on buckle slightly darker than shown which suited me. As recommended, follow the guide chart for size i.e. for a 40" waist go for the 42 (102 I think from memory). Discounted price a bonus. Would recommend!
