Q: How many dry nights before people stop using it?

We never got a dry night he kept taking it off... Lost interest... But I would imagine 2 weeks??

Q: Where I am supposed to clip the sensors, is it inside the undies? Or outside? I assume as close as possible to where my daughter's pee comes out?

Outside. The clip that senses the wetness you clip to the underwear on the outside closest to where the pee comes out (as long as it doesn't cause discomfort) and then the alarm part you clip to the underwear waist band.

Q: Does this device have a clear on and off switch?

Yes. The volume and mode can be adjusted. We tried multiple alarms and this one worked the best.

Q: How do i turn the device on each night? when i test it, it seems to shut off. i am clipping to underwear, but it says...it must be put on correctly?

It does seem to shut off after testing it by pushing the buttons but if it's charged, it's on. Test it by touching the sensor end to a wet paper towel. It should start going off when you do that and stop when you remove it from the paper towel. Also, I hooked it to my grandson's underwear and it worked fine.
