This is not the first time we have bought and we are very satisfied! Very good quality and easy to use. Keeps warm for a long time about 4 hours. Definitely recommend!

Bought four of the smaller size. The work great. This biggie must be placed inside a 3-4 quart pot in order to hold sufficient water to reconstitute the pad. it takes twice as long to boil two and a half quarts of water compared to one quart to treat the smaller pads. You boil the water, put the pad in the boiling water, boil for about 8-10 minute and it returns to liquid and then, after it cools down, you press the little disc which floats around inside the pouch and it reignites the chemicals and works as new. I have used the smaller version pads about 15 times and they still function perfectly. Really neat.

Instantly gets hot. I don’t have a accurate temperature gage to list the tested temperature but it is not excessively hot to cause permanent damage from direct skin contact. However that being said when avoiding skin contact use a thin cloth to reduce the amount of heat loss from the fabric. Recharging the pack is straight forward and easy. Depending on the pack size you will want to confirm if you have a large enough pot prior to purchase.It also states it’s made in the USA and is composed of non-toxic chemicals.

A lot of trouble to reconstitute for re-use.
