The absorbent material broke apart within a few hours and smelled awful. I had tried the lavender colored ones in an 18 pack and was very happy with them. That's what I thought I had ordered but when they arrived I received a package of white ones. I ended up ordering a case of the lavender ones immediately and as soon as they arrived, I threw the unused white ones in the trash. I've worn incontinent briefs for several years but the price of the more popular ones has become a problem - the lavender ones seem to work well, don't break apart and actually help with odors.

Ordered these for an older child who needed them. The original value was good (the Amazon raised the prices to where they are cheaper to be delivered from Sam's Club). Based on other reviews, I went with a medium rather than a small, which even though they were slightly baggy in the rear, the waist fits well. This is for a pre-pubescent boy, so hope that helps you determine sizing if that's an issue. The absorbency was great, never a leak. As I said before, if the pricing was better, then I would have continued to purchase from Amazon.com.

very comfortable

The insides bunch up in separate lumpy chunks of varied sizes and they are very uncomfortable.I ordered moderate absorbency ( of a box of 4 packages ), and received maximum absorbency.Is anyone's crotch THAT WIDE???
