We use this massage gun daily and is easy to use and does a great massage. We love all the attchments. We would highly recommend!

Had a issue with ONE head attachment ("FLAT") which WOULD NOT connect & lock into the device at ALL on 1st time use!! All other four work properly & lock into device with no issue.I bought this to replace the DEEP 4S ( non-PRO model of this massage gun) I had the DEEP 4S(non -PRO) but when i found out their was a "upgraded model" compared to the original i had once owned ( was going to return DEEP 4S (to different seller via Amazon) for a refund but, instead gave to a friend) & so i bought the DEEP 4S PRO to replace my original.PRO:- It does do the job a better than the original & i enjoy it A LOT.- Sleeker LCD display screen, more modern.- Battery improvement...maybe we shall see....CON:- it does "rattle" or shake/vibrate louder than the original which the PRO feels like the unit is not tightened fully in some aspect of the device IMO... maybe due to the possible stronger motor ...maybe- Once i open the item & tried out the 5 heads, unfortunately for me the "Flat" head attachment DOES NOT connect & lock into the device at ALL. On closer eye the "Flat" head is missing something along the part so it's UNUSABLE at the moment.Not sure if this was QC over look or manufacturer error but this did happen to me.- I emailed REATHLETE on Jan 20th, 2022 about this & they got back to me finally on Jan 29th, 2022 cause they had to wait until they got a "replacement add on instead of sending a new package entirely to me" That would have been excessive truthfully, but nice as an option just saying.-UPDATE: Feb 3rd, I finally got a tracking number that is connected with DHL about the replace add-on.-Feb 10th: I finally got the replacement ( 2nd set of all 5 attachments)

I love the product it gets deep and has taken the pain out of my hip (8 years after child birth) if pain comes back it takes about 10-15 mins and it’s gone! But ever use the pain gets longer span of no pain with each use. Down fall of product is short life on battery and button gets stuck inside Mechanism. But It’s worth it to me because I get the pain relief I’ve needed for so long. Absolutely wonderful!!!

It really loosens the muscles. Sometimes it pinches. I don't care for the big plastic ball for the message tip. I do like the way I can turn it on and off from the bottom. Scrolling to the next mode of power is easy.

The Deep4S Pro ticks off almost every checkbox for what you would want in a percussive massage gun. Attractive design, quality materials throughout, ergonomic handle, color LCD display, rotating arm and 16mm of amplitude. However it has two major flaws.1. It makes an annoying rattling noise when even light pressure is applied. It's not loud but it is unpleasant.2. Their claim of 60lbs of stall force power is badly overstated. I directly compared it to a Theragun Elite which is rated at 40lbs and the Theragun is more powerful. I'd rate the Deep4S at around 35lbs. That might be enough for some but you should be aware.
