It does what I need
I was initially interested after reading about Activator X for pineal health. It’s not the top brand for MK-7, but I’m really not fussy. It does the trick, so I’m pleased. I use it alongside their D3 and it definitely helps with some stiffness and weakness I’ve experienced in my upper spine.I also noticed my nails grow faster and stronger, so that’s fun lol.

Assists in the Absorption of Vitamin D
I was told some time ago that the addition of Vitamin K assists in the absorption of Vitamin D. I cannot definitively confirm this but am trying to see whether I get the full absorption of the D supplements I take.

Capsules not totally filled…
Still new to this product to notice any difference or results, but I did notice the capsules are not entirely filled up and one had a small amount in it so far.
