Q: How easy is it to cut? Can I cut this edging??

Yes, you can cut this edging. However, it is not real easy to cut. Use some heavy duty scissors or a hack saw.

Q: Bought 66' pkg that came w/2 rolls. Couldn't finish the first roll before running out of stakes. Can't install roll 2 at all (0 pegs left). Why?

I bought two rolls for about 125’ old edging and I had no problem finishing the installation because I only used a stake about every 4-6 holes!

Q: How these going to stay in ground and not fall : "vounot steel landscape edging 40 inch x 7 i?"

You pound the stakes into the holes in the edging.

Q: What are the spikes made of? Plastic or metal.

The spikes are a heavy duty vinyl. They hold up very well.
