It's small and convenient if you want a fast hot drink but can't have a kettle.

This product although advertised as sent with a UK 3 pin plug adaptor. It did not get sent with one. But I was charged for it,as the same product without the adaptor is cheaper. Please sort this out. I really hate false advertising.

I bought this to take away as an alternative to a kettle. It works really well and only takes a couple of minutes to boil a cup. It's a standard two prong plug but comes with the three prong adapter for the UK.

I live in the UK and going to the USA for a period of time, so the USA plug is good for me. I wanted to try it first though but the UK adapter looked a little too cheap and light for my liking. I unscrewed the UK adapter and there was no fuse inside, so I didn't want to plug straight into my house socket for safety reasons. Instead of buying a USA to UK plug adapter, I plugged their UK adapter into my extension lead to test it as the extension lead has its own fuse. I boiled water twice (only took just over 2 mins) and seemed to work okay.

Heat up quickly and safely, nice hot English brew made. I had not noticed the american plug, but an international plug adapter came to the rescue.

US type plug so little use to me. Might use when I go Thailand

This works well. So much easier to boil water in the cup when your at work. The proper work kettle is not always working & they are being very slow about replacing it. This product = problem solved for me.
