I wasn't expecting much from this little device. My Mum has a fancy one that costs over £100 for something the same size and which does the exact same thing. So I assumed that for under £30 it would just be ok. I was wrong. This is a great little device. It looks and feels well made and certainly doesn't come across as cheap-looking. The plastic has a nice finish to it.It does a good job making the different foams and o can't fault it at all.My only gripe is that my hands are a little large so for me it's a bit of a squeeze getting the whisk out to clean and to clean the bottom of the milk container - but this is not a fault of the device at all. I'm still able to clean it properly.Update:After having it nearly 4 months and with only light usage a few times a week I'm sad to say it's broken already. Seems to be some kind of electronic malfunction. It turns on when I put it on the base when it shouldn't and the button to change the mode no longer works so unable to turn it off or on. The company have been terrible. Initially they gave me a discount code to buy a new replacement item for free which didn't work. I complained so they gave me another code which again didn't work. I complained yet again and they've now told me they can't even issue a refund as Amazon have closed their account?...Further Update: In the end I disputed this with Amazon and was provided a refund from Amazon. Seller was DREADFUL. I bought one from Lavazza instead for nearly the same price and it's a lot better quality!

I bought this as the frother on my Illy machine is a bit of a work up. This gadget blew me away, tested it after today's arrival with only semi-skimmed as that is all I had and after 90 seconds of virtual silence I had a jug of thick foam, it works brilliantly and as good as any you will pay for in a coffee chain, and it looks smart too ! Highly recommended, best £30 I've spent in a long time!

Compact, quick and no noise. Out house is pretty noisy though. I use almond milk and chuck in some chai powder. Lid on, and press froth button. In no time at all, I've got a matcha latte. No matcha powder flying everywhere and easy to wash up as long as you do it immediately. I was sceptical about it being able to froth almond milk, but it did a very good job 👍

Would not order this again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I ordered it and liked it when j used it for the first time but then it just stopped frothing even after I had following the instructions properly. So I had to return and have another one sent, the same happened again.Going to throw this in the bin and order a Nespresso which everyone seems to be happy with.

Game Changer!!!! My hubby loves a latte and no matter how he's always tried to make one at home it's just never quite been the same. It's so quiet, you dont realise it's on. I pop it on before using the coffee machine and it's ready when my coffee is. It takes only a few minutes to have hot frothy coffee. There are different settings to make a thicker denser milk, ideal for a cappuccino, a light arier frothy milk, a setting for regular hot milk and a cold froth setting ideal for the kids milkshakes. It doesn't quite hold enough milk to accommodate my favourite (giant) coffee cup but with an Americano from my coffee machine its works well and very almost fills the cup.
