Q: what is the expiration date?

I never put attention on the expiration date, but I have one forgot to use for more than 3 years with a little color change and still work well for my skin itchy.

Q: Can you use for bug bites?

I'm not positive but I think u can use on bug bites. It's a salve & can be used on cuts, sores, burns & I suspect it would even help take the itching away for bug bites.

exactly. each res-q is .60 oz for a total of 1.2 oz

it is 15 g, not 17 g . Great question, we cannot update the product descrption b/c the product has been here already and once amazon has it in the system we can't change the pics or the description. Hope this helps you and others for a future puchase.
