I bought an extra diamond head because the one that came with the whole package , the grainy tip wasted away too quickly. This one has lasted more than the original head and it does work great. Make sure you clean it after each use to avoid bacteria accumulation with luke warm water, mild soap, and the scrub that came with the main package.

First use, miraculus results! I suffer from hyperpigmentation due to stress. I have been so sad, I thought this would be permanent. But look at the results after one treatment. I was so excited to use this product. When it arrived the tip was completely smooth, as if it had been used many times before it got to me. Quality control on returns need to be addressed before they get sent back out to new customers. Very disappointing

My skin has not felt this soft in years and my skin doesn't have a dull appearance to it anymore. I would recommend wearing sunscreen when using the Microderm Glo tips to prevent new damage to skin. So far I love this product and would recommend to others.
