This speaker is absolutely a crazy gadget(full value for money).Nothing negative about this beast.(except micro usb)The battery back-up is ridiculously awesome. (full charge in 5hrs)+(12hrs playback time).The bass is great.Haven't been able to use its full volume till know as it is insanely loud.You will get a microusb cable in box ,no adapter.Height of the speaker is 18cm,and width is 7cm(highly portable).Probably you will not use it's centre playlist button unless you have an iOS phone.(deezer is not yet available in india, for android)The ways it tells the battery left is the most satisfying part of speaker.(press the volume + - button in one go)And you might also not use its charging dock as it has to be purchased externally which cost around INR4k.A simple one word for this speaker is - BEAST.Keep the usb cable carefully as other usb cable will not get inside or either they will break or bend due to the rubber flap of the speaker as it keeps pushing downward.Hope it helps.Peace 😇, Ashu 📝

SOUND - is just awesome. Its even enough for house party just on these speakers.The UE BOOM application is there for both ios and android and it has inbuilt equalizer.Connectivity - range is just awesome. It works from every nook and corner of my house.Build Quality - The wraparound woven fabric grille simply looks tightly woven and looks to be of the best quality.BatteryThe UE Boom 3 is powered by a non-removable Lithium-Ion battery, which Ultimate Ears quotes as having a 15-hour life.I found that although it is possible for the UE Boom 3 to last up to 15 hours, it’s only if the speaker is constantly playing music at a low volume. At louder volumes the UE Boom 3 generally lasted between eight and 11 hours.

Great music player and great sound ideal for holiday

The Good:-Great 360 degree sound quality from jazz to hip hop (video shows range of music)-Easy set up-Stylish design and small footprint so incredibly portable-Really does float (tested that by throwing it into the bathtub!)-Drop proof (dropped it from 3 feet and no issues)-Battery lasted 12 hours on LOUD volume-iOS app is well designed and works great with the speaker-Firmware upgradable-Can connect to other Boom speakers through appThe Bad:-Charging dock costs $40 but you can just use the included micro USB cableThe Bottom Line:I own many Bluetooth speakers including the Boom 2, Megaboom, Bang & Olufsen P6, and the BOSE Revolve. Of all of these, this BOOM 3 really is the best all around Bluetooth speaker of this size. I literally take this with me all over the place, I can take it from my office to the beach literally. The sound quality is great and the low range I find is better than the others mentioned above. It is stylish so I can really keep in my office and it’s small enough to fit in my bag. The speaker is almost indestructible as I really tested the floating capability and it works with no issues. It is also drop proof as I dropped it off the table from 3 feet and no issues (it’s also dust proof). As for battery life, I got 12 hours on loud volume and it took about 2.5 hours for a full charge from empty. Lastly the iOS app is very well designed and makes it easy to adjust the equalizer on the speaker. You can also hook up to other Boom speakers and also update the firmware. Overall, if you’re looking for the best all around sounding and take anywhere speaker, this is it!

My honest review for this speaker is: Portability and Loudness even in outdoor is excellent. And speaker can also place in standing position on table which is great. But, when it comes to sound quality: I like "JBL Flip" over this "Boom" though boom have option to equalize sound through mobile app.Mids & Treble is excellent but Base is average (not talking about high base but base quality). And there is no USB C and Bluetooth 5.0 at this price which is disappointing.One thing I realy like about this speaker is it doesn't distort even in 100% volume sound.
