Works Perfectly with a Catch
I’ve got a 2010 R55 MINI Clubman S and the remote buttons have fallen off. A new remote from the dealer is $350. Comfort Access dealership programming is $200/hr. In order to use this replacement case, you have to take apart the existing key fob and it doesn’t come apart easily. I used a cut off wheel on a Dremel to carefully split it open. This is my second case. I accidentally broke the first one being too rough to open it up. The metal chrome ring actually holds the case closed so it’s actually a decent design!
