The media could not be loaded.  Facial steamer and for nasal steamer! I just got it so I’ll give it a 4 star base on functionality the box came with a small cup that has trace of usage so this might be a return product. I’m the type of person that’s more on functionality than waste my time to return for satisfaction! So I’ll give it a try!

Just wanted steam. That’s it. Once it began to produce steam, it cycled off. I thought my electric outlet might be bad so I switched to another outlet. Once again, it began to steam then stopped. I turned it off and back on, some thing. So I watched it, and apparently that’s what it’s supposed to do because I watched it cycle itself on and off. That does me zero good. I guess I’ll go back to boiling water in a small pan then putting the pan in the sink. Steam is steam

The steam power is very low and mild. I am only giving 3 stars because of the pimple popper tool, headband and blackhead removal tools that came with it.

I was never able to use this product because the structure is unsafe. The part of the neck that is supposed to hold the hot water does not have the little hook to hold the thing together and keep the steaming hot water from spilling out. So it sits. Since I don't want to burn myself, I got a better one for Mothers Day that makes me feel safe.

The face mask is so stiff, it’ll never work. I regret that I did not test it immediately. Now I have to swallow the cost and just throw this useless piece in the trash. I have no idea who designed the nose-piece must have never looked in the mirror. One star is definitely too much.
