UPDATE: customer service was great in letting me send the devices back, they fix them, and sent them straight back to me and they are working wonderful again. I was running the devices almost 24 hours a day and it doesn’t say you can’t do that, but just as a note, you shouldn’t, which is probably why I was having issues. Otherwise, they are working wonderful again.They were great for the 4 months I used them and now the motor on both of them is very loud (much louder than before) and nothing is being diffused. I have run alcohol through them monthly for cleaning and nothing has changed this situation. I find it interesting both broke within the same week almost exactly 4 months after buying them.

I've had it for six months. I love the scents.

This was a great product. Was a 5 star but reduced to 3 because it stop working. The smell difuser, amazing. However I bought in July it's the end of October and it's giving a loud humming and it is no longer diffusing. The return window is of course closed. Disappointed.

I absolutely love this product I have used everything from sprays to candles even bought a competitors quote cartridge“ unit which broke and they refused to help you. This product, however, is absolutely awesome. I love the Dynamo and I love the gizmo. The customer service is absolutely outstanding I have never Received such excellent customer service I highly recommend this product, both the Dynamo and the gizmo and there is not a scent that I do not like. The company will send you free samples of their sense as you cannot purchase them in a sample pack for example. Once again, this is the best scent diffuser I have ever purchased, and the customer service is superb. I highly recommend this company and the products they offer.

It's been 1 year, and one of my two diffusers keeps putting out the scent even though I have unplugged and pressed all the buttons. There's no way I can stop it from doing that. So it's no longer usable.
