UPDATE 4/27/22:I am still loving this stuff!! i noticed that for me, 1.5 scoops is perfect. i have crazy energy, good mood, feel absolutely amazing, stronger...etc. like the entire day, im loving this product very much. If i go down to 1 scoop only.... it's nice, i do get the same benefits just amped down. but everyone is diff, so i've settled on a lil more to be my perfect dose. And yes that does mean i go through the contents of the jar faster.This is the first best purchase i made this year, hands down!Oh and don't get me started on my wrinkles around my eyes, wow! they have literally reversed and are continuing to do so. oh i didn't really believe it, but i've been keeping my eye on them and yep, it is true!!! another nice added benefit, obviously it's affecting my skin from the inside out.Also, something is shifting with my metabolism becuz i've been staying at exactly the same weight for weeks now. This is very foreign to me as i have to monitor my diet very strictly becuz my weight goes up so easily, doesn't matter how clean or little i eat or how much exercising i do. i would get so frustrated with myself. but something is definitely happening or shifting that's related to my metabolism, or insulin or something. i am absolutely intrigued and monitoring this change within myself.3/24/22 was my first order. so it's been a month of daily use.I've also since gotten their fisetin, resveratrol and AKG and am liking it as my own daily stack.So i wanted to give an update on a solution for the plastic scooper and provide an even cleaner solution.when you open the jar, take the scooper out every so gently, lightly tap or push off the excess product from the scooper. Static makes this almost impossible but do the best u can.Then drop the scooper and it's contents into a an empty cup and put the lid back on the jar.Add water to the cup and this you will drink.Take the scooper out of the cup and let it dry.Keep the scooper with the jar but keep it outside of the jar/powder. (i keep both in the fridge)When you go to use the scooper next time it will not have static cling and you will not make a mess.tap the contents out of the scooper into a cup. it slides out very easily and will not stick to the scooper.Just keep the scooper out of the jar from now on.As stated below you will not need to use any other type of spoon.I just got mine in the mail this week and from the very first scoop in the morning i had lots of energy, later that nite i couldn't get to sleep before 11:00! lol However!!! i had zero problems waking up and did so b4 the alarm went off. i appreciate all 3 supplements being in one product.Typically i would NOT buy this kind of stuff 'here' i would purchase it outside of this buying forum, AND i have actually purchased nmn n tmg separately from another company online and yes it was more expensive, but i want options and i want a pure product.First Review:Having said that i will be taking this stuff (maybe not this particular product) 4the rest of my life becuz D.Sinclair has brought to light some very interesting information on these supp's and others. I mean have u seen this guy!? wow, yes ma'am um i'll have what HE's having!!! LOLOL im in my 50s and do not look it yet! lol and i want to keep it that way and stay as young as possible for as long as possible. (oddly enuff i already knew about, and was taking some of the other stuff he takes just not these 3 in comination.)Product;For ease of use tap the container on the table before u open it. unscrew the lid and peel back the sealed top VERY CAREFULLY!!! the product has static in it and clings, and gets all over!!! trus me ur first go round, u will most likely get a lil bit everywhere but it's not ur fault, it's the product which is very fine and powdery. (i honestly think the static comes from the plastic scooper but u be the judge)Next get rid of the scooper becuz it will be more trouble than it's worth. Just use a plain plastic teaspoon or any teaspoon. i preferred a plain white plastic teaspoon becuz the product didn't stick to it like it does the scooper. I use 1 generously rounded teaspoon which is about the same amount as what is held in the scooper.I dissolve it in 1/3 cup water and drink it down. Then I take this 1,2 tsp of cold pressed authentic olive oil immediately after. (as indicated by my research)taste is very mild, yes weird but doesn't bother me and if it will bother you, it will definitely go away rather quickly. And don't forget to keep it in the fridge or some place cool.In the afternoon i have also been using 2 sublingual tablets i ordered from another company online. which equates to 500mgRemember! cheaper does not mean better or even 'just as good', why would anyone want to put cheap supplements into their body!?

9/3/2022 - This is my first 24 hours using the product. The product comes in a very fine powder like chalk dust. So, be careful when opening it because it can easily get everywhere. There is a scooper with the product that is supposed to precisely measure the daily amount you need. I recommend carefully using the scooper and packing it in then adding it to what you are going to take with it. OK, next comes my experience and advice for how to take it. The directions say to take under the tongue or mixed with water. Unless you like the taste of super-bitter headache powder in your mouth I do not recommend you do this. First of all, one of the components of the product is Resveratrol which is better absorbed by the body with fat. My first dose I tried to take with a combination of water and coconut oil that I mixed together in a blender bottle. This didn't work out too well. First of all, the powder clumped together, it tasted awful, and it clung to the sides of the blender bottle afterwards. I would say about 15-25% of the product clung to the sides of the bottle. Not the result I wanted. In the morning I tried a different tactic that I think worked out much better. I added the product to some whole fat Greek yogurt and mashed up some blueberries into it. That masked the taste, prevented much of the clumping, and still gave me the fat I needed to absorb the Resveratrol well.On to the results. I'm in my early 50's and generally in good health. I had some joint pain and some older injuries to my right shoulder that make certain exercises uncomfortable. I woke up this morning feeling virtually no discomfort in my shoulder or other joints. I finished a project I was working on last night. By the way, it may be better to take the product in the morning, or whenever your activity cycle demands (I do shift work at my job) instead of toward the end of your day because I couldn't stop moving around and doing things after I took it. This morning I mixed it in with my yogurt and blueberries and had the rest of my breakfast. I finished my chores of the day with energy to spare and started on my workout. I have a calisthenics routine that has been pretty challenging to me, but I finished it with more reps and sets and plenty of energy to spare. I then did my 10 mile bike ride in record time, then on to a walk in the park. I decided to run the first lap instead of walk it and didn't feel any real fatigue or joint pain during or after the run. Came back to the apartment, did some more cleaning and still have plenty of energy left for the day. Placebo effect? Maybe, but I'll take it. After a few weeks I'll report more on what has happened since making this a part of my daily routine. BTW, my ratings on absorbency are based on how it seems to have reacted today. My rating on longevity is a 3-star because I have no real data on that.

I’m always skeptical of these kind of expensive “miracle” products but after 6-7 weeks of use, I am realizing benefits. I’m in my 60’s and in relatively good shape. I’ve had more energy, endurance, and sleep better. Seems like mood is better. For certain, Workouts and desire to workout has significantly increased. It took a few weeks of taking daily before I noticed the benefits. Not sure about longevity, and absorbency in the feature rating and do not care about taste if it works. Take with a small amount of yogurt and taste fine.

The product seems alright but as others have reported, we aren’t feeling the same energy increase as with other separate nmn resveritrol products. Secondly, these greedy ppl removed the product from subscribe and save AND jacked up the price by 10%. You took an expensive product and make it 25% more expensive for me. Good job, I’ll be switching companies for all my products and not coming back after you lower the price.

I was supplementing testosterone with injectable HRT. I began taking this supplement as an experiment to see if it could offset the atrophy that T replacement can cause. A blood test showed my testosterone levels to have more than doubled compared to what the injection should account for. This surprised the doctor and caused him to immediately order me to stop injections.We will see is levels continue to stay high now that I am off
