Love the basket! It’s bigger and deeper than most baskets I looked at. The packaging of hardware was weak. It literally looked like some one just grabbed some nuts and washers and threw them in the box. (It was missing two washers) I think my husband added more washers than recommended to give it better stability. Make sure when it’s mounted that it’s far back enough that it doesn’t hit your back while riding. Overall it was just what I was looking for to put my dogs backpack in.

This basket is perfect for my needs. I was unable to use the mounting hardware so I used bunji chords to attach it. The mounting hardware gets one star but the basket gets five. I was able to fit $100 worth of groceries into this basket. I couldn't do without it. Fantastic.

This basket was bigger than I thought it would be, but it still fits nicely on the bike. It seems quite sturdy without being too heavy. Installation? Well if you want precise directions, forget it. Basically you get a small picture. That's ok with me, because I'm flexible, and I could figure out a way to get it securely installed. The big problem was the packaging. This metal basket was just tossed in a cardboard box, along with a small plastic bag with some of the hardware. The bolts, nuts and washers were literally just tossed loosely in the box. Is this the company or Amazon? I don't know, but not surprisingly one of the bolts and nuts was missing.

This fits nicely and seems sturdy. The mounting system is adequate. Gave this a 4 star because of poor instructions and the nuts and bolts for the mounting system. The instructions were extremely poor and the bolts use #3 Philips head screwdriver - not the common #2. Also, the nut is metric 10, not SAE. A crescent wrench would work, however, it's much easier to have a ratchet and #10 deep socket.

Mounts easily and my 20 pound dog kits just right. The basket itself is not comfortable for my dog so i created a foam padding for him to sit on.

Good product but mounting and fastening could easily be improved to make it applicable to longer rear racks

Placed this basket on the rear of my e-bike. It holds a lot of groceries. Once it is there it is not especially easy to remove, so be certain before you buy it.

This basket does not actually attach directly to your bike. It attaches to two metal strips it comes with. What's supposed to happen is you screw the basket to the metal strips with your rear rack in between and the friction of the metal smooth strips and your smooth metal rear rack holds the basket in place. The idea being that if you screw tight enough the metal strips will deform and bend around the rear rack tight enough that metal-on-metal friction is enough to keep the basket from sliding.The entire system revolves around the thread of the screws being strong enough to support those forces. They are the single point of failure, so if they slip everything breaks. Which is why it's weird that the screws it comes with are so bad they can't even sustain being hand tightened without slipping. If you swap the ones it comes with for some heavy duty ones you should be fine but you'll have to buy those separately.

Very sturdy bicycle basket. Reasonably easy to install, watch the installation video though to make things easy on yourself. No need to spend more, in my opinion.
