Fondarific Wedding White Fondant, Buttercream, 8 Ounce

At first, I was disappointed at how hard this stuff was. But after reading the package, it instructed to microwave for a few seconds to make it pliable. After that, it was so easy to use and this is the best tasting fondant I’ve ever had! I will definitely buy a bigger package for next time. If you’re unsure, buy the small package to try it first.

Fair warning, I already had a floral press kit for fondant, and the colored powders for "painting" and I've used fondant before.I found this easy to use, cooperative with a dusting of powdered sugar on the counter and rolling pin, and it took the color well. My daughter and I had about 40 cherry blossoms made in about 20 minutes. This product worked as well or better than mixing up my own fondant. See pic for finished product. (BTW, the branches are just broken pieces of piped dark chocolate, and I used food adhesive to attach the fondant blossoms)

I promised my daughter a "dream" cake for her birthday, or at least that I'd try.Let me start by saying that I do not like fondant, so I hand't used it until my kid asked for it on her birthday cake. She loves the stuff.It took an extremely long time to get the product soft enough to do anything with at all, and equally as long to roll it out to the size of an 8" cake covering. I make bread by hand weekly, and even my formidable kneading skills were of no use with it. My arms were exhausted.By the time the cake was finished, my hands were really sore from working this stuff. This could be very typical, but I thought the heat of my hands was supposed to soften the product, which didn't really happen.For what it's worth, my daughter did love the taste of the stuff, but definitely not worth my time and energy to get and work with again.

I’m not at all a skilled baker or decorator, but I’ve tried a lot of fondant and Fondarific is hands down my favorite! Very easy to use for a beginner like me, and best of all it tastes great.

This is the third brand of fondant that I've purchased and, by far, my favorite! The others have either been too firm or too sticky, but this one is silky and super pliable. I also dyed some of it with the Wilton gel colors, and it turned out very well!

I can’t say enough about how amazing this fondant is. I purchased white and black for the cake topper I made and the white easily dyed the other colors I needed without drying out or otherwise changing texture. It was so easy to use, like play dough, and it held up beautifully. I used silver edible paint on the black to make the sewer lid and it looked perfect. I’ve wasted money on other fondant that cost more yet dried out in minutes or cracked or the color faded as I stretched it out. This is everything you could want. It also tastes pretty good!

Really liked using thus stuff. Although it started as a brick, it didn't take long at all (just a few pinches) to become pliable. I used this to make horns for monster cake (my 6 yr old is a huge Zelda BOTW fan).The fondant colored nicely, was easy to form, and held its shape even after extensive handling. It also remained pliable and semi-soft after days (i.e., didn't get rock hard or crumbly at all like some Wilson fondant I've used). Most notable, IMO, is that the flavor was actually quite pleasant, like a dense marshmallow, subtly sweet vanilla flavor and very smooth.Highly recommend this brand, especially if your planning to use it for sculpting!

Wedding white is a truer brighter white than fondarific's antique white. Fondarific buttercream fondant is the absolute best fondant. Cut off a piece and warm it up with your hands. Doesn't take long. It is easy to handle and it actually tastes good. I paid full price and this is my honest opinion.
