È stato promesso un "HTC 10 4G 32GB" Carbonio, Grigio. È stato consegnato un HTC 10 EVO 3G da 32 GB. È un modello successivo. Ha un grande schermo, meno RAM, un processore obsoleto (Snapdragon 810) e nessun jack per cuffie. Anche le "cuffie di alta qualità" di proprietà di EVO con connessione USB di tipo C non erano incluse. Devo dire che sono molto deluso. Poiché è probabile che la sostituzione del prodotto richieda diversi mesi, non posso sostituire il prodotto. Non consiglio a nessuno di fare acquisti con questo fornitore!

Have had this phone for 5 months and can honestly say it's the most complete phone I've ever wanted. First thing is it feels and looks very well made and has an understated, stealthy look about it. The screen is superb, browsing and using apps are super quick which has been commented on by friends with iPhones. I've since buying it been updated to Android Nougat which HTC have not meddled with very much with basically no bloatware on the phone. The audio whilst using headphones is excellent too although the speakers are not the very best. The camera is allegedly not on a par with the Samsung S7 or iPhone 7 but I honestly have to say I've been very happy with it, particularly with HDR enabled. I wasn't totally sure that I needed to upgrade my M8 to this but so glad I did.

Phone in pictures is HTC 10 not HTC 10 Evo. Also the specification in the features description is of HTC 10 not of HTC 10 Evo.Please put the correct pictures and information of the product you are selling as it is really misguiding for customers.

I've wanted a HTC 10 for a while and when I finally had the funds to get one, none of the phone shops had the handset.I experienced a lot of problems trying to order one from HTC direct so I used Amazon, and why I didn't do it sooner is beyond me since I am always ordering things.Anyway I have gone from an HTC m8 which has stood me in good stead until a few weeks ago when the battery refused to charge or when it did it soon drained. Of course I looked for troubleshooting but it seemed an ideal time to get the htc10. I've heard that they are bringing a new model out soon, but it's cheaper to stay on a SIM only deal with my phone provider and buy this phone, their flagship phone and most coveted, maybe as no one had it in stock.I am very happy with my purchase. It's like every other HTC I have owned with a few differences. I especially like this camera. The m8 camera was atrocious and my boyfriend got a nexus phone last year and I was jealous of how beautiful his pictures were compared to mine.I've taken a few now on this phone and its brighter and sharper so that's a bonus for me as I am always taking pictures.I do like the finger print scanner but that's because I've always wanted one lol.The phone isn't bulky, and it's just as lovely as the others with their metal backs. I can just about hold it comfortably in one hand.It's also very quick when on the internet. No lagging at all.I'm no techie, but I think I will be happy with this phone, regardless as I have always loved HTC compared to the other models, iPhone, Samsung, LG etc...I still have to explore but I am happy with it so far :)
