This thing works well!
I picked and brined a bunch of olives that were taking way longer to cure than I expected so I purchased this tool to help speed up the curing process and it worked very well for pitting the partially cured olives. Since my olives had already been curing for a while they were fairly soft so this tool easily pitted them.

Decent
I wish it was bigger for the jumbo queen olives I get from trader Joe's but I still manage to make it work most of the time

Was Pleasantly Surprised
I wasn't sure how these would hold up. I was looking for a pitter that did Olives. Most say "Cherries" or both. Cherries are much easier to pit than olives, so sturdiness was going to be a factor. I picked about a gallon of Green olives to "test drive" this product, and was very pleasantly surprised. While it is pretty light (being made of aluminum), it is remarkably solid. I went through the batch in about 20 minutes. The only issue I encountered was when an olive was a bit small, it would take an extra second or so to position it in the cup. The punch through hole is just right for Olive seed size as well. Overall, nothing to complain about. It will see a great deal of work this season.
