Ugly, but. . .
This knife is like the ugly duckling. To just look at it, it's not an attractive knife. But when you look beyond the fugly looks, you begin to see a beautifully flat ground spear point 154cm blade that is highly functional for edc tasks. When you get it in hand you realize the rather neutral ergos are quite comfortable. When you look at the micarta you notice, despite not being an attractive color combination, it was extremely well done. And when you are holding it and give the thumbstud the slightest of nudges and the blade flies open you then begin to see this knife turn into a Beautiful swan.

Absolutely love this knife, now
FIrst let me admit that my version suffered from 2 flaws. The overly sticky detect ball that has been reported in other reviews. Also my version only had about 20% lock up of the liner lock. However after reading one of these reviews, I pulled out my set of tiny screwdrivers and grabbled my set of inexpensive needle files. In a very few minutes I unscrewed the clip, handle and pivot screw. less than a minute and maybe 10 light strokes on the top face of the liner lock increased the overlap to about 40%. I'll let it wear in from that. Took the end of a tiny file and twirled it down in the pivot hole for, i don't know, 6-7 revolutions. I found my little pen oiler and added 3 micro dots to each of the ball bearing races. I screwed her back together (used blue lock-tite stick). Man this knife is the most perfect item in my collection. The blade action is amazing. The weight and feel is just awesome. Now I know some of you will scoff at spending money and having to fix flaws. I've never bothered to do this either, and have sent many blades back for failure to live up to my standards. But I really love this knife now. Its nearly perfect for me. I urge you fellow knife guys to give knife tweaking a try. I was lucky to have all the things necessary at my disposal, and all of 15 minutes of free time. This activity was extremely rewarding.By the way the necessary tools I used can all be bought from Amazon for ~$10 each. I have to also urge you all to get an inexpensive set of tiny files. I have use the heck out of mine for things that I would never have thought I needed a tool., and they are cheap.Hope this review encourages you all to give this PPY a real tryout.

Kizer is incredible
I love all of the Kizers I've purchased, and that's been many. This one is special. Long and slim it covers the 'gentleman's folder' for a low profile evening out. To be truly classy get the upscale version in brass, but this is ace. Kizer action is amazing and this one is no exception. Super sharp out of the box. Love it.

Daily carry
I do not leave my house without this knife. Mind ya, I also carry 3 others but this is the one I use for simple daily tasks. Honestly, it is pretty fantastic

Sits in my drawer
It's a handsome little knife. Originally I thought I would use it when hiking. But then I discovered that its virtues are its drawbacks. First, it's too handsome to be a beater. Second, dirt can really get into its wonderful ball bearing mechanism and mess it up. Third, its strong detent and stiff lever are only good for practicing how to open and close it, but kinda get in the way of practicality. So I ended up getting a 20 dollar Gerber Zilch. That's my go to knife that gets the job done and I would not cry if I damaged or lost it.I do, however, occasionally take this "puppy" out of the drawer, marvel at it, and put it back in.

Not Kizer quality, never buy a knife made out of 154CM
gets dull way to fast with no abuse. Knife looks nice and feels good in hand, But I thought I had cut my pointy finger off after it got dull so fast and I tried cutting a simple pencil sized limb.
