Great seasoning. Use it all the time !

I use this as a base layer and use Old Virginia Smokehouse from SpiceHouse.com — the combo is epic. I smoke with apple wood chunks when I make ribs or pulled pork. The combo of AP & your favorite dry rub turns out fabulous, well flavored bark every time.This is also great on popcorn (yep, popcorn), and grilled veggies. Especially asparagus or sliced brussel sprouts. Use something on your grate to keep stuff from falling through or use one of those grill pans—you’ll never go back to steaming or microwaving your veggies.

I first heard about this watching Malcolm Reed's YouTube channel. He uses this on almost everything (hence A.P.=All Purpose). I have used it on tomahawk steaks, pork ribs, and Boston butt. This seasoning enhanced the flavors of all of it! Highly recommend.

This seasoning is very versatile, my only issue with it is the price keeps creeping higher and higher and soon will become a bit too expensive in my opinion.
