Having an interest in self development and related areas of health and well being I have usually gone along with the Freudian based approach even when it has been tweaked looking for an answer, although over the years have been questioning the validity of this and adapting various methods going in circles trying to discover me.I had been made aware of Three Principles and the works of Sydney Banks with very little insight or understanding to what lay behind these. In an essence, as David succinctly puts it UNIVERSAL MIND, CONSCIOUSNESS and THOUGHT. Over the course of this journey you are encouraged, nurtured, nourished and replenished while the load gets lighter and the hear and now gets brighter.I am now rereading this excellent book as a refresher and reinforcement that we CAN accomplish the life WE all DESERVE.

I’ve just finished reading ‘Joyride’ and it was such a heart-warming experience!The book is really well written and I could imagine David sharing the narrative as if I were in the Mustang and along for the trip.I already know most of the stories and anecdotes first hand from David’s training days and courses, yet they provided fresh insight when told in the context of this journey. David’s understanding of the three principles has provided the perfect structure to bring the book to life. It was spiritual without being ‘preachy’ or quasi-religious. A lovely adventure . . .Joyride is a gem and will be a ‘go-to’ book for me when I need a little solace or clarity.

A follower of David Key, and an NLP coach myself, I thought this book was brilliantly written.
