What’s the big deal about fluoride? I brush my teeth four times a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner & before bed. Three out of four times, I use a fluoride toothpaste, which sits on the bathroom shelf. That’s plenty of fluoride. After lunch I need purse sized tube with great flavor. Marvis is the best. All of the flavors are refreshing, and the variation is wonderful. Highly recommend it, with the caveat that one should also use a fluoride toothpaste other times of day.
